Lead Chiropractor - Clinic Director
We are seeking a DC with minimum 2 years of experience for the Clinic Director role at our new state-of-the-art clinic. This is a great opportunity for DCs looking for the next step in their career and are excited about learning and growth.

- Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning observing and examining patients.
- Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body in order to correct the musculoskeletal system where necessary.
- Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
- Coordinate track and report key metrics/measurements related to patient management.
- Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
- Obtain and record patients medical histories as indicated.
- Take diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary. Analyze X-rays in order to locate the sources of patients difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
- Building positive doctor-patient relationships.
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Participate/lead weekly training for staff.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated process management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with some evenings and weekend hours as necessary.
- Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (Washington State or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- Open and excited about learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team-oriented and results-driven
