As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead transformative projects in Generative AI driving innovation and collaboration. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor leveraging your knowledge to design and implement top-performing architectures while mentoring exceptional teams. Responsibilities
- Lead innovative projects in Generative AI to drive transformation
- Serve as a strategic advisor in designing top-performing architectures
- Mentor and develop top-performing teams to enhance collaboration
- Identify and implement solutions that leverage advanced data analytics
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Maintain alignment with industry standards and leading practices
- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI solutions within the firm
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in computer science Data Science or a related field
- 13 years of experience in technical/technology roles
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or Data Science preferred
- Possession of relevant solution architecture certificates preferred
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Proficiency in data processing frameworks like Apache Spark
- Knowledge of foundational models such as GPT-4 and Claude
- Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data processing
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and LLMOps tools
- Understanding of containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with additional technologies such as Datadog and Splunk.
Possession of relevant solution architecture certificates and continuous professional development in data engineering and GenAI.
