KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for Troubleshooting installation calibration maintenance Preventative Maintenance field
modifications and repair on designated equipment.
- Order and manage repair parts cycle times and Preventative Maintenance schedule.
- Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service
records in a timely manner.
- Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintain tools and standard test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Ensure to meet Health and Human Services Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory
requirements.
- Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
- Work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
- Adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and company procedure.
QUALIFICATIONS: Describe the minimum education and experience including knowledge skills and abilities required to
successfully perform the job. List any certificates and/or registration required.
- Minimum Bachelors degree of Electrical Engineering Electrical Engineering Technology or related fields
- Experience in servicing Capital Equipment or equivalent service fields. Experience in the medical equipment industry
diagnosing and repairing mechanical electromechanical and/or electronic equipment is preferred.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service
process.
- Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
- Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to
easily understandable manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced self-directed resourceful environment work independently manage multi-task activities
with shifting priorities work productively in a pressurized environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Handle and process customer feedbacks/complaints/product experience in timely manner and according to Abbott Global

System Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Country Affiliate
