As our Dental Sales Rep - Treatment Coordinator you are the first impression the trusted guide and often the deciding factor in whether someone begins treatment.

Your day includes:

Greeting new patients with genuine warmth
Building rapport quickly and professionally
Answering questions and reducing uncertainty
Reviewing treatment fees & explaining procedures
Presenting the plan in a way that earns confidence
Encouraging followthrough and patient commitment
Helping convert new patients into lifelong clients

Your ability to read people build trust and guide decisions is directly tied to our growth - and your success.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Were looking for someone who can work full- or part-time from 8:00 am - 5:15 pm Monday Wednesday and 7:00 am 4:00 pm on Thursday. Our ideal Dental Sales Rep - Treatment Coordinator also has the following:

2 years in dentistry OR 2 years in sales

Having orthodontic experience is a plus-but we will train the right candidate to excel. We need someone who is a confident empathetic communicator and enjoys guiding decisions and creating lifelong client relationships!
