The Employee Experience Lead owns the programs communications and initiatives that help employees feel supported aligned and proud of where they workfrom onboarding through long-term growth.
What Youll Do
You will design and lead initiatives that strengthen culture improve retention and support collaboration across the organization including:
- Create and execute internal communications that connect employees to company goals values and each other
- Design and improve onboarding orientation and early-tenure experiences
- Plan and support employee engagement initiatives events and recognition programs that feel intentional and meaningful
- Conduct and analyze stay interviews and exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate feedback and data into actionable recommendations for leaders
- Partner with recruiting marketing and leadership to support culture and growth initiatives
- Help shape programs that support career development teamwork and employee success
- Assist with planning and executing FINFROCK retention events that support a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with coordinating and executing smaller engagement activities to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools universities and student organizations to support tours campus presentations and hiring pipelines.
- Support coordination and execution of the FINFROCK Finternship Program.
- Assist with identifying and evaluating candidates for the FINFROCK Apprenticeship Program.
- Communicate clear interdepartmental career pathways to support internal mobility.
- Review and evaluate FINFROCK job descriptions and position salary structures to ensure market competitiveness.
- Work closely with department leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with communications and creative production teams to enhance recruiting and retention initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors in marketing communications sociology psychology or business administration or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal marketing recruiting HR talent development or employee engagement roles (construction or manufacturing industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to plan coordinate and execute events and programs.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Passion for improving company culture and enhancing employee experience.
