Senior Specialist Recruitment Consultant
- Lead the transition to a DevOps-oriented infrastructure function embedding Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices and automation.
- Implement and maintain observability and monitoring frameworks across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with Development teams to support CI/CD containerisation and release automation.
- Maintain uptime stability and compliance while driving process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Systems Administrators fostering accountability innovation and growth.
- Ensure robust security compliance and governance aligned with ISO 27001:2022 and audit standards.
- 7 years in infrastructure or systems administration.
- 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
- 2 years working with AWS and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with IaC automation tools (Terraform Ansible) CI/CD pipelines and observability.
- Strong strategic understanding of infrastructure and DevOps principles with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- IT qualification or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator AWS Certified DevOps Engineer CompTIA Linux ITIL ISO27001 Lead Implementer.
