Role Overview
Were looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Python Developer to contribute to the development and integration of our ERP platform internal dashboards and AI-assisted tools. Youll work closely with a senior developer to build scalable high-quality solutions that improve company-wide operations and support business growth. This role blends enterprise systems cloud infrastructure and data-driven intelligence offering hands-on experience across the full stack.
Ideal Candidate
- Startup/scaleup experience: Worked at a company that raised at least Series A or B ( USD 5M).
- Strong expertise in Python and experience architecting backend or full-stack systems at scale (Django Frappe FastAPI).
- Familiar with cloud deployment and scalable services (AWS GCP Azure).
- Comfortable building front-end dashboards portals or helpdesk tools.
- Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo ERPNext SAP) or internal business platforms.
- Eager to learn from senior developers and contribute to complex projects.
- Experience with data processing analytics or AI integration is a plus.
- Ability to ship features efficiently maintain code quality and follow best practices in high-pressure environments.
Details
- Location preference: remote/Bangalore-based)
- Work model: 100% remote with fully flexible hours / Hybrid once office is set up 2-3 days per week in-office remote the rest
- You will have the freedom to work abroad with flexible schedules.
