Job Summary
Your key responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: capturing and maintaining opportunities projects in the dedicated system
- Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools;
- Support in pricing budgeting and forecasting;
- Regular proactive analysis discussion evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients;
- Preparation of complex settlements;
- Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping;
- Support in dunning processes;
- Creation of interfirm statements;
- Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management:
- Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process
- Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database
- Setup Engagement Code
- Provide process related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting)
- You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements
- Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices
- Stay connected with the business and functional experts

To qualify for the role you must have
You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent communications and organizational skills
