WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS AN ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR - CLASSROOM LEADER

In this role you will focus on educating motivating mentoring and coaching Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills. You will utilize objective-based education (O.B.E.) mini classes and learning centers to create engaging and effective learning experiences in the clinic classroom. Each day you will foster a positive and supportive environment work to inspire students in all aspects of clinic classroom systems and contribute to their professional addition to classroom responsibilities you will participate in community-building activities such as team trainings student clubs fashion shows and photo shoots helping to ensure a vibrant and well-rounded educational experience for all students.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK

The Esthetician Instructor - Classroom Leader position is a part-time evening role. The typical schedule is 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Thursday. This evening schedule provides a consistent work routine and the opportunity to be an essential part of our school community.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR - CLASSROOM LEADER

• Current cosmetology or esthetician license
• Current instructor license (will train the right candidate for licensing if needed)
• Excellent organization coaching and communication skills
• Skills in supervision teamwork documentation and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism

Experience with instructing at a cosmetology school is preferred. Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems is also a plus.
