- Location: Philippines (Remote).
- Salary: $1000 USD per month (Fixed budget).
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Core Working Hours: Must be online and available during 10:00 AM 4:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time). Total shift can range (e.g. 9-5 or 10-6) as long as core hours are met.
- Interview schedule: All interviews to be conducted between 10AM - 2PM PH time

As we scale we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our leadership team by offloading strategic administrative financial and HR tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring our back-office operations remain organized and efficient.
The Role
The Finance & HR Operations Associate will provide dual-function support across Finance (FP&A and Accounting) and Human Resources. This is a highly technical administrative role suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers spreadsheets and process-driven tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Support
- FP&A Assistance: Support financial models and spreadsheets by locating data and updating records (not responsible for driving/building the models).
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular accounting reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- U.S. Sales Tax: Assist with U.S. sales tax processes (Company provides step-by-step training but a foundational understanding of tax principles is required).
- Data Management: Navigate and maintain complex Google Sheets/Excel models with high precision.
HR & People Operations
- Contract Administration: Draft employment contracts based on existing templates for new hires.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the administrative logistics of welcoming new team members and offboarding departing staff.
- Benefits & PTO Tracking: Administer employee time-off requests and maintain accurate tracking records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in Finance Accounting or a related administrative role.
- Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- HR Literacy: Experience handling sensitive HR documentation and templated legal contracts.
- Start-up Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Accreditation: While we value experience over formal certifications (CFA not required) a degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
