Your mission is to raise occupancy from 60% to 90% leveraging strong sales skills strategic thinking and effective management of marketing activities.
Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMB): entrepreneurs teams service companies startups small offices and projects looking for a flexible workspace/office format.
Enhance business innovation and sustainability through strategic initiatives that increase co-working occupancy.
Build a vibrant community that supports residents and improves their work experience.
Set new standards for service excellence and operational quality in the co-working market.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales-driven role.
Strong sales expertise with the ability to achieve and exceed occupancy targets.
Understanding of marketing and product packaging (offers positioning communications).
Relevant background in areas such as:
Commercial real estate
Selling event spaces / conference rooms / venues
Experience managing contractors (advertising/marketing): ability to set tasks monitor execution and evaluate performance.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills focused on building long-term relationships.
Strong analytical mindset: ability to identify growth opportunities and measure funnel and channel performance.
Drive sales of co-working memberships and office solutions: attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
Work with current residents: retention upsell and increasing satisfaction and engagement.
Build partnerships with real estate agencies and other acquisition channels.
Create and package commercial offers for residents and brokers.
Manage a targeted ads contractor (already in place) including:
task setting and KPI control (leads / cost / quality)
approving offers and creatives
regular reporting and campaign optimization
Analyze the market competitors and demand dynamics adjusting strategy to meet occupancy goals.
Increase occupancy from 60% to 90% through focused B2B sales and a strong strategy.
Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads through advertising channels and partnerships.
Strengthen community and customer service as key drivers of retention and referrals.
