About the role
Wererecruitingfour fulltime permanent Fire SafetyMaintenanceInspectorsto join our Property Safety team. Three roles will cover areas along theSouth Wales M4 corridor while the fourth will be based inBangor North Wales. Each role offers a balanced mix of site visits office time and home working giving you flexibility while ensuringastrong connection with the team.
Youlltravel to residentialaccommodationto carry out essential fire safety inspections and minor maintenance witha company van and all necessary equipment provided. Afull UK driving licence is essentialdue to the need to travel independently between multiple sites.

Skills and Experience Needed
To be considered for this roleyoullneed to hold one of the following recognisedfiredoor inspection qualifications:
Werealso happy to consider any Level 3 OFQUALregulated firedoor inspection qualification that provides an equivalent level of knowledge and competence.
Werelooking for someonewho hashandson experience working with fire doors. You should also have experience carrying out nontechnical fire and smoke alarm testing along with a solid understanding of key health and safety procedures including working at height and other relevant safety must be able and willing to work independently using the loneworking equipment provided to ensure safety and compliance while carrying out your duties.
The ability to carry out basic building maintenance and repairs is important for this role as is a commitment to undertaking relevant training and ongoing personal development.
