Responsibilities and Duties:Able to work independently and within groups as necessary as well as respond to requests from upper management in a timely and expeditious fashion.Computer literate ; possess basic knowledge of computer functions and how to utilize Property computer system trainingPossess a friendly and bright demeanor at ALL TIMES.Able to multi task and problem solvePossess excellent customer service and communicative skillsOrganized and able to retain records written and /or verbal requests and other documentation as circumstances may dictateProactive in all areas and able to be creative and innovative in an effort to meet standards and expectations.
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid State Drivers License
Valid Guard Card
20 Hour Basic Security Training Certificate
