Key Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day Activities

  • Provide day-to-day IT operational support.
  • Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.
  • Provide maintenance to company owned IT equipment.
  • Document procedures guidelines and projects where you are participating.
  • Manage internal IT applications.
  • Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.
  • Provide advice evidence and guidance during audit engagements.
  • Oversee IT-related workspace setup ensuring optimal placement of networking equipment workstations and meeting room technology.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety IT infrastructure and accessibility standards.
  • Work closely with IT and Facilities teams to maintain a well-equipped and functional workspace.

Must-have Skills

4-5 years of experience with the following skills:

  • IT Helpdesk Engineer Support Engineer SysAdmin or related experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
  • Experience in facility maintenance repair and project management.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting client issues and efficiently providing long-term solutions and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Mac OS / Windows).
  • Proficiency in hardware solutions and diagnostics:
    • Computers and mobiles
    • Printers and
    • Other peripherals (Mice keyboards etc.)

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance coordination facilities and services.
  • Basic knowledge in Networking.
  • Industry related certifications (ITIL Network A CCNA etc).
