Job Summary
Beso Del Sol Resort is a charming boutique property seeking a dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Guest Services Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests experience the highest standard of hospitality whether staying for a night or a week. The position involves working directly with guests providing excellent service and coordinating with other departments to maintain our resorts high standards.
Schedule:
- Must work some weekends
- You may work 40 Hours - we will work with you
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and friendliness in person and over the phone ensuring a memorable stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest service standards are met and room occupancy is optimized.
- Handle guest issues providing resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote a positive team environment through effective communication with guests and staff.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management or at least 1 year of front desk hotel experience.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and basic social media skills.
- Must be dependable trustworthy and possess a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working flexible hours including some evenings weekends and holidays.
