Reporting to theAccount Directoryoullclosely collaborate withthe wider teamfostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving impactful content production.
As theDivisionSeniorAccount Manager youwill be focusing on 2 key areas:
- Keep the key stakeholder of the clients within the division for the status update across all campaigns (topline).Your role involves client service management risks of production assessment tailoring bespoke timings based on local market lead times and resource availability.
- Work closely within internal delivery teams to understand the status role requires a deep understanding of the production and delivery processes for digital project management assessing campaign volumes and scoping while reviewing production schedules and providing directiontoProjectManagers
Youllmaintainclose coordination with thedelivery team (including translation production content upload team)to ensure adherence to campaign milestones quality standards andtimelydelivery. As a motivating force within the teamyoullinspire your direct reports to excel in their roleswhilefacilitatingeffective communication acrosstheteam to align with overarching productionobjectives. Acting as thecentral pointof contactyoullrelay status updates risks and challenges of all campaign deliverables including resource considerations while escalating production issues to theProductionLeads.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of adaptation projects from initial concept through to execution and delivery ensuring adherence to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks
- Overall responsible fora clear and proactive communication with client key stakeholders for the production statusidentifypotential risks and required actions.
- Measure team performance based on built dashboards toidentifyasset volume accuracy timeliness KPI and quality of the output.
- Responsible asdivisionoversight ofproduction anddelivery(including translation creative production content upload syndication with the full cycle of work)supportingtheProjectManagersto deliver a high volume of assets ensuring alignment with clientobjectivesand brand guidelines.
- SupportProductionManagerson project planning status risks and challenges.
- Overseeingcreative resource required for productionin order tomeet the deadline of the resource shortfalls toResourceLead
- Leaddaily stand-up calls withclients and delivery teamensuring production is on track and providing an escalation point to theProduction Lead.
- Review campaignsfamiliarise yourself with forecast data to drive foresight of production.
- Support theProduction Lead and the Account Directoron campaign kick-off callsassistingonout-of-scope and out-of-guideline conversations as needed.
- Ensure brand guardianship of briefs and global guideline changes while rolling out local campaigns re-iterating SLAs.
- SupportProductionLeadand Account Directorwith cost estimates foradditionalresource where needed.
- Champion automation andfuture-facingways of working.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 7 years of relevant experience in digitalprintand motion covering owned and bought media.
- Experience working with beauty and Dermatological products
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required since we operate globally.
- Experience working with multiple campaignsandlanguages.
- A deep understanding of the business: their needs expectations and requirements to provide the best service and solution through close partnership with the client.
- Keeping up with e-commerce industry trends market developments and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Effective project management through the full lifecycle using project governance as directed by the client escalating issues and proactively resolving problems managing project resource and spend and making critical decisions
- The ability to drive and motivate a team and project through to successful completion
- Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and KPIs
- Work closely with clients to create strong concepts frominitialbriefing
- Support client growth and projects.
- Proficient in Adobe WF Microsoft Office and other related software.
- A clear understanding of all IIG group products and how to utilise this knowledge to the accounts advantage.
- Good tohave:drive successful campaignproduction lifecycles with an ability to assess risk in real time adapt using agilemethodology.
- Proficiencyforecasting resourcemanagementand project burn rate.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.
