The Role

We are looking for a Finishing Foreman with extensive experience on owner occupier apartments for a luxury project in the Redcliffe area.

As the Finishing Foreman you will report the Site Manager and be responsible for the performance of all finishing trades on a circa $65m project in a prime location.

You will develop efficient short-range programs that tie into the targets agreed by the team.

You will drive productivity whilst ensuring the highest quality finish for these high end owner occupier apartments.

About you

Candidates MUST have proven experience working on multi-level (mid to high rise) residential towers on a class one product.

You will be a carpenter by trade with a QBCC Site Supervisors License and 5 Years working as a Supervisor in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor in QLD.

You will be used to working with Systems like Excel Procore and MSP.
