We are looking for an administration superstar to bring their good energy to our Bulk Distribution team.
The Bulk Distribution Coordinator will provide accurate and timely logistic administration and support for the day to day operations within our LPG Bulk Distribution team helping to ensure that LPG gets to our customers across the country when they need it. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Vried administration tasks including inputting maintaining reviewing and monitoring the information in the Bulk Distribution System and updating it daily or as required with driver run sheets tank readings manual dockets customer changes and delivery vehicles updates ensuring that all information in the system is up to date and accurate.
- Payments and Billing tasks including liaising with contractors and their subcontractors to ensure that work is completed as expected and arranging payments and reconciling accounts.
- Working in teams to deliver upgrades and changes to systems and processes and other improvements and project work as required.
Qualifications :
As well as being an awesome team player with lots of initiative and a great attitude you will have:
- Proven senior administration experience (while experience in the logistics/transport sector is an advantage it is not essential).
- Intermediate skills in Excel Word and Databases
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders of varying levels.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
