- Provide classroom support in infant toddler and preschool classrooms as needed
- Assist Lead and Assistant Teachers with daily activities routines and transitions
- Maintain a safe clean and engaging learning environment in all assigned classrooms
- Supervise children at all times to ensure safety
- Support daily care routines including meals diapering/toileting rest and transitions
- Use positive guidance and age-appropriate behavior support strategies
- Step in for classroom coverage during staff absences breaks or schedule changes
- Follow all state licensing regulations health and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with teaching staff and leadership
- Support classroom organization materials and cleanliness
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong understanding of child development and classroom routines
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and teaching teams
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable flexible and team-oriented
- Ability to meet all state and center background clearance requirements
