About the Role
Join Grayce and play a key role in developing and delivering operational cyber capability for a worldleading organisation in the insurance sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Cyber Security and Change Delivery leading impactful projects and helping build enhanced security maturity across the business.
Youll work closely with the Delivery Lead Cyber leadership teams and senior stakeholders to drive complex cyber initiatives from vision to execution. Your work will directly support risk reduction operating model evolution and strengthening organisational resilience.
Alongside handson delivery youll continue to grow through Grayces structured learning programmes mentoring and industryrecognised accreditations.
What Were Looking For
- A proven track record of delivering change across multiple projects.
- Strong experience with planning resource scheduling and managing project cadence.
- Robust governance and endtoend project ownership capability.
- Highly resultsdriven mindset thriving in a fastpaced responsive environment where leadership is key.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex between detail and highlevel messaging.
- Evidence of striving for continuous improvement and personal growth.
- Awareness of commercial management processes.
- A proactive collaborative team player with a positive and resilient approach.
- Experience working in a Cyber IT Security or technology risk function.
