Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join a fast-paced international financial services environment. This role is fully on-site and focuses on delivering high-quality support to both new leads and existing clients across multiple communication channels ensuring timely resolution accurate documentation and a consistently positive client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communication via chat email phone calls and client portal

  • Receive and handle inquiries from new leads and existing clients

  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate timely support

  • Ensure responses are delivered within defined service timeframes

  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of all interactions

  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve complex or technical inquiries

  • Follow up with clients and schedule callbacks when required

  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Adhere to standard processes procedures and quality guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or client service roles

  • Background or exposure to Forex / financial markets is an advantage

  • Native or fluent Arabic and strong English (minimum B2) written and spoken

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening ability

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning / afternoon / night)

  • Reliable organised and customer-focused mindset
