Job Title: SAP Manufacturing PP/QM Functional Lead

Summary: The SAP Manufacturing & Quality Lead (PP/QM) will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing and quality management processes within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role blends deep functional knowledge in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) with leadership capabilities to manage workstreams coordinate across business and IT teams and ensure alignment between plant operations quality assurance and digital transformation goals. The consultant will serve as the Workstream Lead ensuring successful design implementation and stabilization of manufacturing and quality solutions across global sites.

Responsibilities:

SAP Functional Expertise

10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
At least 2 full lifecycle implementations or S/4HANA migration projects.
Deep understanding of Production Orders Process Orders MRP Work Centers Routing Inspection Processes and PPDS.
Strong integration knowledge with Purchasing Order Management FI/CO and EWM.
Experience configuring and supporting S/4HANA Simplifications for PP/QM processes.

Project Management Skills

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive deliverables to completion.
Strong problem-solving analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing industries.
Exposure to Shop Floor Integration (MES) or Manufacturing Execution Systems.
