Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development and optimization of digital circuits/systems using VHDL.
- Program in VHDL to develop firmware which is used in the hardware design process
- Verify and validate designs through simulations and testing.
- Collaborate with architects hardware and software teams to define requirements and solutions.
- Debug and optimize FPGA hardware/software interactions.
- Document design processes and results.
- Plan and manage development schedules and resources.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of methods tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- 8 15 years of digital design experience with FPGA projects.
- Experience developing firmware
- Proficiency in VHDL and FPGA design tools (Xilinx Altera).
- Experience with PCIe Ethernet (1G/10G) TSN and system-level design/verification.
- Strong knowledge of FPGA architectures high-speed design and DO-254 certification processes.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Verilog UVM and embedded C/C designs is preferred
