DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our growing team in Manila! In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding and offboarding contract administration and maintenance of employee records.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate compliant and timely HR services while supporting a fast-paced international gaming environment with a non-corporate culture. Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR services including preparation of employment contracts amendments certifications and other employment- and compensation-related documents.
- Maintain and manage employee 201 files and HR records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Encode and update employee information in HR and payroll systems.
- Monitor and track working time attendance and leave records.
- Ensure validity and compliance of pre-employment and ongoing requirements such as medical examinations and mandatory trainings (e.g. health and safety).
- Coordinate closely with the Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Support HR compliance requirements and internal audits as needed.
Requirements- Relevant experience in an HR operations or HR generalist role.
- Bachelors degree in HR Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws DOLE regulations and statutory benefits (SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG).
- Experience handling different employment arrangements (regular project-based probationary fixed-term etc).
- Relevant experience in an international environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to work independently.
