In this role youll help shape products that power how organizations evaluate talent at scale. Youll work closely with Product Design Engineering and Data Science to turn customer needs into thoughtful measurable solutions. What Youll Do

• Turn Hirevues strategy and customer problems into clear product direction by partnering with Design Engineering Data Science Marketing Sales Professional Services Finance and Customer Success.

• Define and own a compelling product vision and roadmap that balances near-term customer value with long-term platform growth.

• Lead ideas from what if to its live including hypothesis creation discovery requirements prototyping delivery and post-launch learning.

• Work closely with Product Design and Engineering to craft intuitive scalable experiences that customers love and candidates trust.

• Own backlog prioritization and make thoughtful trade-offs using customer insight data and business impact.

• Keep teams aligned and moving through planning sessions standups backlog refinement and readiness reviews.

• Partner with Product Marketing and Operations to launch new capabilities including positioning pricing and packaging forecasting and enablement.

• Take ownership of product areas or themes with accountability for adoption retention and outcomes.

• Define and track success metrics learn from whats working (and whats not) and continuously improve.

• Share product strategy roadmap updates and insights with leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Support teams and customers through training documentation and the occasional deep-dive conversation.

• Deliver high-quality work with growing autonomy while leaning into feedback and collaboration.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role (Design Engineering Customer Success Professional Services or Project Management).

• Experience working on data-driven or evaluation-based products (bonus if youve worked on hiring skills or measurement-heavy solutions).

• Strong SaaS experience and comfort working cross-functionally.

• A bias toward action paired with thoughtful prioritization.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.

• Curiosity empathy and a desire to keep learning.

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions where they can attend virtual video meetings.
