Job Summary: -
We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Management Trainees supporting
both data analytics and business operations. The role provides hands-on training and practical
exposure to real business data and day-to-day operational activities.

Roles and responsibilities:
Assist in collecting and analyzing business data
Prepare dashboards reports and presentations using tools like Excel Google Sheets Power BI or
Tableau
Support day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Help improve processes through data-driven insights

Requirements: -
Fresh graduates / Entry-level candidates
Bachelors degree in business administration Management Commerce Economics Engineering Statistics Data Analytics or related fields
Strong interest in data analytics and business operations
Previous internship or work experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
Experience with project management tools or CRM systems is beneficial.
Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Analytical mindset with a keen interest in problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Points to be noted:
Job Type: Full-time - (Monday to Saturday)
Working days 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Should have a functioning laptop with Wi-Fi Connection
