Role Overview

TechKraft is seeking Sales Interns to join our Enterprise Business Development team. As a Sales Intern youll
work directly with our senior sales executives and founders to support the companys B2B enterprise client
acquisition process. This internship is designed as an in-depth learning and training experience that bridges
academic knowledge with practical global business exposure.

You will be involved in market research client outreach pipeline building and CRM managementand get
insider access to real-world B2B sales operations from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Intern you will:

1. Support Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Identify prospective enterprise clients in the US UK and APAC regions using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Crunchbase.
  • Research client industries decision-makers and business challenges to create targeted outreach
    lists.
2. Assist with Outreach and Campaigns
  • Draft and execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns for potential clients.
  • Help create personalized messages and sequences to engage prospects effectively.
3. CRM and Data Management
  • Update track and monitor all leads and opportunities on Zoho CRM.
  • Maintain accuracy of sales data for reporting and follow-ups.

4. Sales Development and Coordination
  • Participate in internal strategy sessions to discuss target accounts and campaign results.
  • Join initial discovery calls or meetings with potential clients alongside senior sales staff.
  • Organize and prepare sales presentations or proposals using tools like Google Slides or Canva.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Analyze campaign metrics and suggest improvements for conversion.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation responses and progress.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Management or Information Technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good understanding of modern business tools like LinkedIn Google Workspace or CRM software.
Analytical and research-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable networking and communicating with international professionals.
Self-motivated disciplined and eager to build a foundation in enterprise sales or SaaS sales.

Preferred (not mandatory):
Experience or coursework in B2B marketing SaaS or business development.
Familiarity with email automation or lead generation tools (e.g. HubSpot Instantly).
