Schedule: 35 hours per week; 7-hour shifts Wednesdays Sundays
Position Description:
Brooklyn Botanic Garden (BBG) seeks to fill a seasonal Membership customer care representative position. This position reports to the Membership Manager and is a key part of a team that serves over 23000 member households. The Membership customer care representative will provide both front-facing customer service to members and administrative support to the staff splitting time between the desk in the Visitors Center and the Development this high-volume membership office the customer care representative must possess excellent customer service and organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
