Hourly rate: 12.24 per hour plus holiday pay

Work model/Hours: Mixture of onsite and remote working as outlined below
Week 1 on-site Mon/Wed/Fri (08.30 16.00 with 30-minute unpaid lunch break.) Remote/work from home Tue/Thu (3.5 hours per day)
Week 2 on-site Tue/Thu (08.30 16.00 with 30-minute unpaid lunch break.) Remote/work from home Mon/Wed/Fri (3.5 hours per day.)
Williams Lea seeks a Multi Services Assistant - Records Assistant (Destruction project) to join our Relief team!

Purpose of role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Records Assistant within our relief team here at Williams Lea.
The successful candidate will be part of an ongoing file destruction project working both at the suppliers premises and remotely from home. This role will involve processing files for destruction managing data entry tasks and ensuring compliance with internal records procedures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail a willingness to learn new technologies and the ability to adapt to changing work priorities in a virtual environment.
The project is expected to last up to six months initially with potential for extension; however as this is a zero-hours contract the duration could be subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.
Key responsibilities

Experience in records management office administration or related field (preferred but not essential).
