Currently we are looking for aSoftware Architect 3 for Hyderabad Location.
The Software Architect 3isa technical leader responsible for ensuring that the designs of assigned software components are suitable for their intended purpose thoroughly documented and aligned with the product roadmap businessobjectives and technology strategy. This role oversees a more limited scope of components compared to the Software Architect 4 position.
Responsibilities
- Forma close partnership with the relevant product owners. Leadfacilitatecoordinate and govern requirements analysis and software design activities affecting the software components in scope ensuring the resulting software designs are fit for purpose and adhere to the relevant architectural constraints qualities and best practice guidance.
- Collaborate with software developers and other software architects to produce design documentation that clearly and accurately describes the components in scope andcomplies withany guidancethatsin place.
- Work with software developers toidentifyand prioritize any deficiencies in the design of the components in scope. Lead efforts to create a reasonable plan to address those deficiencies.
- Identifyand document inconsistencies in the patterns best practices technologies and tools applied to the design of the relevant components. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop aprioritizedplan to resolve these issues.
- Providetimelydesign decisions and guidance to unblock development teams addressing any obstacles or challenges theyencounter.
- Guide coach and train team members; provide technical input to leadership.
- Continuouslymonitorand assess compliance with the guidance providing necessary support and feedback to ensure adherence.
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices including but not limited to Hylands Information Systems Security Policy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors / masters degree in engineering or technology with 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience and deep understanding of one or more modern technology stacks preferably C/C/.NET /C#/Java including real-world system design and implementation of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on development experience designing and building RESTful and WebSocket-based APIs with strong focus on performance security and accessibility
- Hands-on front-end development experience building complex production-quality user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript
- Demonstrated experience creating and reviewing technical proposals and architecture documentation including Request for Comments (RFCs) and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS) including experience designing deploying or supporting cloud-based services and architectures
- Broad and deep experience of allfacetsof professional software engineering in multiple technical and commercial environments
- Advanced working experience with data structures algorithms and software design
- Advanced working experience in understanding and application of software designpatterns architecture patterns and quality attributes
- Advanced software modelling skills covering information domain process state security logical and physical architectural views
- Advanced working knowledge and application of modern software development lifecycle processes from product conception through deployment
- Demonstrable experience of communicating effectively through multiple media to persuade and influence others
- Experience knowledge and direct development experience of two or more technology stacks
- Good oral and written communications skills thatdemonstratea professional demeanor and the ability to interact with a variety of cross-functional roles
- Good working level organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
- Good working level collaboration and negotiation skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
- Good working level leadership sound judgement and business acumen skills
- Good interpersonalskills;able tomaintainsolid rapport with team members as well asmaintainprofessionalism with those outside of department
