At Grupo Harmony people and human relationships are a priorityboth within the organization and with clients. We are currently looking for an Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team based in Costa Rica.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Plan Development: Design effective strategies and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.

  • Active Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and business growth.

  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities with current and prospective clients to expand the business portfolio.

  • Target Client Prospecting: Research and approach new potential clients aligned with the companys objectives.

  • Project Management: Manage the resources required for project development ensuring proper execution.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Update internal systems and prepare detailed reports for monitoring and evaluation purposes.

What we value:

  • A degree or advanced studies in Chemical Engineering Food Engineering or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.

  • Knowledge of the food beverage and pharmaceutical markets as well as sales cycles for different inputs (key players trends etc.).

  • Results-oriented mindset leadership skills and autonomy in project management.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Availability to travel.

  • Own vehicle and valid drivers license.
