Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities (personal hygiene dressing grooming)
- Monitor and report changes in client health to appropriate personnel
- Prepare meals and support clients with eating
- Assist with mobility and safe transportation needs
- Perform light housekeeping to ensure a safe clean environment
- Document all care provided and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Prior caregiving or healthcare experience (preferred not required)
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Compassionate patient and positive attitude toward client care
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Proof of COVID19 and Influenza vaccination or approved exemptions
- Valid drivers license & auto insurance (if traveling between sites)
