Job Summary

Unit & Position Role
The Training Management Group is a joint RN-industry organisation providing the basis of a Whole Force approach to RN individual training delivery. The TMG is accountable for the effective and efficient governance control and commercial delivery of the Selborne contract.
TMG PACC MIAA ME PO

Responsibilities
Act asaPOC for Marine Engineering GS and SMEnd Point Assessments.
Act asPoint of Contact (POC)for the MIAA to arrange EPAs with Units for all branchs.
Where requiredassistin the development ofEngineeringEPAs including question writing pilotassessmentsand procedure development.
Maintain relationships with the SM committee to support the completion of EPAs.
Liaise/SupportUnit Assessors and Training Coordinators from GS and SMin thedelivery ofEPAs.
Implement andmaintainrelevant MIAA Policies.
Support Team Fisher ProgrammeFacilitatorsduring Apprenticeship Engagement visits to units.
Briefships subs and Branch personnelon RNEngineeringApprenticeships and EPAs.
Attend RN and National events on behalf of the PACC group.
Send theGateway Celltherequired EPA evidence and resultsfor storage on the MIS.
Identifyopportunities to developMIAA processestobenefitOnboard Assessors and apprentices.
Grade and approve all ME EPAs.
Conduct physical IQA observations of 5% - 10 % of all ME EPAs at various locations.

Domestic
Away from home at least once per month for Training Establishment visits/EPA assurance
