Responsibilities |
Act asaPOC for Marine Engineering GS and SMEnd Point Assessments. |

Act asPoint of Contact (POC)for the MIAA to arrange EPAs with Units for all branchs. | |
Where requiredassistin the development ofEngineeringEPAs including question writing pilotassessmentsand procedure development. | |
Maintain relationships with the SM committee to support the completion of EPAs. | |
Liaise/SupportUnit Assessors and Training Coordinators from GS and SMin thedelivery ofEPAs. | |
Implement andmaintainrelevant MIAA Policies. | |
Support Team Fisher ProgrammeFacilitatorsduring Apprenticeship Engagement visits to units. | |
Briefships subs and Branch personnelon RNEngineeringApprenticeships and EPAs. | |
Attend RN and National events on behalf of the PACC group. | |
Send theGateway Celltherequired EPA evidence and resultsfor storage on the MIS. | |
Identifyopportunities to developMIAA processestobenefitOnboard Assessors and apprentices. | |
Grade and approve all ME EPAs. | |
Conduct physical IQA observations of 5% - 10 % of all ME EPAs at various locations. | |

Away from home at least once per month for Training Establishment visits/EPA assurance | |
