Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality assurance processes related to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention and tool control.
  • Provide guidance in the review of manufacturing and quality procedures including FOD/tool control requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and operations-focused individuals ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies by conducting assessments of manufacturing and quality processes and practices against applicable standards. Analyze and interpret data and provide feedback on assessment results to maintain adherence to policies.
  • Lead the analysis of complex problems using process data metrics and models.
  • Develop and implement preventive or corrective actions based on the analysis.
  • Gather and validate data to identify the root causes of common problems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
  • Collaborate with various organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Work under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. SecretClearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3 years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

  • 3 years of experience developing presentations for leadership.

  • 3 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.

  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • 3 years of experience managing or leading a team with the ability to provide guidance mentorship and support to team members.

  • 3 years of experience with data analysis or data mining.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience in project management including developing and supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle.

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with strong communication skills for interacting with leadership internal and external customer representatives.

  • 3 years of experience implementing lean principles

Travel:

This position may require up to 10% domestic travel
