Job description
As a CNC Miller at NTS Eindhoven you work at a top level on machining complex high-quality components for customers in the Semiconductor and Analytical day shift you program and set up the latest 5-axis Hermle machines including pallet/product loading as well as various DMG Mori machines. These run 24/7 with robot loading.
You program with hyperMILL and work with Heidenhain control enabling you to produce parts with tolerances down to the micron. You work on small series of unique components following our principle: High Complexity Low Volume High Mix.
You will be part of a close team of Millers Turners Precision Mechanics and a professional measurement and quality department. Together you elevate craftsmanship to a higher level.
Furthermore your tasks include:
Milling complex high-tech components with tight tolerances down to the µm;
Setting up programming and optimizing CNC machines (hyperMILL / Heidenhain);
Independently performing quality measurements (Zeiss Mitutoyo);
Identifying and implementing improvements in the machining process;
Active collaboration with colleagues from work preparation production and quality.
Requirements:
Completed vocational education in machining or metal technology;
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Miller preferably on 5-axis machines;
Experience with hyperMILL is a strong advantage;
You can read technical drawings and independently measure accurately;
You are solution-oriented quality-conscious and a true team player;
You speak at least Dutch fluently as our drawings work instructions and communication language are in Dutch.

Salary ranging from 3500 to 5.000 gross per month depending on experience and qualifications;
Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time contract;

You will work within the Precision Machining business unit: a close-knit and skilled team of about 35 specialists in precision machining. The average age is around 40 years creating a nice balance between experience and energy.
