Looking for a handson job where every day is different and where your work truly makes a meaningful impact SERVPRO is hiring a Restoration Technician to join our team of restoration pros. If you enjoy helping people working with a supportive crew and staying active throughout the day this could be the perfect fit.
- Load inspect and maintain equipment products and supplies for each project
- Keep vehicles tools and workspaces clean and organized
- Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities
- Set up staging areas and equipment
- Follow SERVPRO production guidelines and crew chief instructions
- Maintain clear communication with the crew chief and team
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup
- Follow all safety and riskmanagement procedures
- Optional incentive pay available for storm event participation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- IICRC certifications (preferred)
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work in tight spaces crawlspaces and at ceiling heights
- Ability to climb ladders
- Comfortable with long periods of standing walking driving and physical activity
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Repetitive lifting pushing pulling and carrying
