The Role...

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment internally for the business (no external clients)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans

  • Source screen and interview candidates across graduate and experienced roles

  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process

  • Build talent pipelines for future growth

  • Track hiring activity and performance against clear targets
