The position

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a data/ml engineering background to join the Enterprise Data Science Group - an outstanding engineer who thrives on:

• Orchestrating data and ml/ai pipelines
• Considering performance and cost with data at scale
• Deploying and versioning models in the cloud
• Ensuring reliability and monitoring across environments
• Supporting and facilitating development pipelines CI/CD and best cloud practices
• Working with data scientists on ML and GenAI technologies (agents RAGs MCPs) that raise the bar of accuracy and impact.

Highlights:

• You get to work on a diverse set of production products such as enterprise-wide entity resolution recommender systems that grow sales and agentic automation workflows. One of the truly unique aspects of our domain is the tremendous diversity of data and challenges we work on.
• Explore new infra data ml and cloud technologies to incorporate into our constantly evolving tech stack.
• Scope out new projects and create proof of concepts.
• We are a medium-size team (approx. 20 people) where people have great relationships working collectively and with colleagues abroad to impact a multi-billion dollar business.

We are looking for:

• 5 years of industry experience in Data/ML/SW engineering roles with a proven track record of deploying production systems.
• Experience working with cloud providers (AWS Azure GCP Databricks) CI/CD containerization GitHub Actions Spark and building scheduled data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs vector DBs and RAG systems MCPs agent platforms etc.) from the perspective of orchestration architecture caching monitoring and cost optimization.
• Familiar with data ML or LLM monitoring and observability tools.
• Good communication skills in English with ability to present technical concepts.
• BSc degree in computer science mathematics or other STEM fields.
