Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care during evening shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Queens NY. The ideal candidate will bring compassion and clinical expertise to support our residents health and well-being.

Work Schedule: Full-time Evening; (3:30 PM to 12 AM). Must be able to work every other Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Licensure: Active New York State LPN license
Experience: Must have a minimumof 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting
Technical Skill: Proficiency in patient care documentation and medication administration
Soft Skills: Compassionate caregiver with strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities
Other requirements:Must be immune to Hep B

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
